REGISTERING FOR SEMINARS
Once you have placed your registration order, the responsibility to know which seminars you are registered for is yours. You are accountable for your own attendance. If you change a phone number or email address, please log in to your account and update our system. You can also email us to let us know that you've changed your contact information.
All seminar registrations are able to be viewed in the My Account section of this site. This is your only confirmation.
Instructors/Coaches are sensitive to both latecomers and early leavers, and this is often resented by them and duly noted. The average total time for workshops is anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours per day. Plan your schedule accordingly.
Since our guests are preeminent industry professionals, there are occasional postponements, substitutions and cancellations. We do our best to reschedule or replace a guest with an equal-level guest. We apologize for any inconvenience and request your patience and understanding when this occurs.
Payments for seminars and classes are due at the time of registration.
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit cards American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover online.
WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
If you are canceling late, no credit is given unless we can find a replacement for you. We have, on occasion, been able to replace actors who cancel late with others from wait lists. Cancellation must be given at least 30 days in advance. You may want to readjust your schedule to attend since these coaches are flying in from Los Angeles and do not permanently teach classes in Hawaii.
If you are a “no show” for a seminar, you will not receive credit under any circumstances.
Please be on time, know which guest you will be meeting. Always check in with both the receptionist and the EAS Host for your seminar.
It makes a difference to both the guest and your fellow actors, especially with formats for paired scenes.
Please observe the “Golden Rule” and be courteous while other actors are working. This also means that you should limit your conversation anywhere surrounding the studio/theatre.
Certain applications on the EAS website may require users to register or to provide personal information in order to make a commerce transaction, to enter a contest, or to subscribe to our newsletter. Such personal information is not shared or sold to third parties. To better enable us to service our patrons, the website may be used as a survey tool to request demographic information. If we request demographic information, we will not share your personal information as an individual with any other entity.
EAS will protect any personal financial information that you share with us. If you make a purchase online, we will use your credit card number only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing purposes. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our web server. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties.
Under no circumstances shall EAS, its employees or its contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that may result in any way from your use or inability to use the information provided on this or any other website supported or maintained by EAS, or from your reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise provided on or through the website or that result from mistakes, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, deletion of files, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance. If you are dissatisfied with the information provided on this website, or with any of the practices of EAS in the operation of this website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website.
