Am I able to get a refund after I've made a payment?
We regret to inform you that we are unable to give refunds under any circumstances.
How do I register for classes?
Click on the class that you'd like to attend and pay in full.
When is payment due?
Payment is due in full.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all forms of credit cards.
What happens if I cancel late?
Absolutely no refunds. If you are a “no show” for a seminar, you will not receive credit under any circumstances.
Can someone else take my place if I cannot make class?
Yes, upon approval by EAS staff and instructor. There are no refunds and no make ups. These coaches are teaching one-time workshops and are traveling from Los Angeles.
How long are classes?
Each class varies depending on instructor. Average 2-6 hours per day.
How do waitlists work?
Should a space become available in an event that has a waitlist, we make calls on a first-come, first-served basis starting at the beginning of the waitlist. For example, if you are first on a waitlist and we leave you a message, we will then continue calling the waitlist until the space is filled.
Are workshops for aspiring actors or new actors in the business?
Yes, each class is catered from beginner-level experience to advanced. Unless it is marked as a Master Class or by resume only, we will let you know. If you have any questions about whether a class or event is right for you, please email our office -- firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there an age limit for workshops?
Most of our programs are not suitable for children under 8 years old. We do however make occasional exceptions for some children that possess on-set experience and/or who have had exceptional training. If you have a question about this, please email us email@example.com
